Super Tug isnt really that super
Last month I purchased the Super Tug dog toy, after reading reviews and watching the Squishyface video on YouTube.
When it arrived I was super stoked. My dog and I emmediately went out to the yard. I attached the strap around the tree as directed in the video and set up the fleece tug toy...which I really didn't have much faith in. It was very thin and loosely woven. My Staffordshire must have gotten a total of 15 hole minutes in before it tore and was shredded to bits.
The strap and bungee cords were still in tacked. So I attached a rope toy to the bungee instead. The rope did not have any metal parts and was attached the same way the fleece toy was. The rope lasted! But two weeks in and while tugging, the bungee cord popped.
I decided that I'd give it one last shot. I order a replacement bungee and to my absolute surprise Squishy face studio sent me TWO. I was very happy but decided that I'd try something different. I attached the two bungee cords this time. Using a tug toy I created myself with rope, my dog has been at it for three days now abs absolutely loves it!
My advise is if you have a large dog or a very aggressive one, purchase two bungee cords and use the fleece toy as aa indoor tease toy instead. My dog: 1 yr old, 90 lbs. American Staffordshire Terrier.

These bungees are great as long as you keep your dog from chewing them! Lol. I had tried to replace it with bungees from Home Depot and they just didn't cut it. For one they were too hard to tie the knots and two just not strong enough. These are so sturdy and thick and I feel very safe with my dog tugging on them as hard as he does.Great product!!

My English Staffie bull terrier can take a toy down in minutes. Even seconds. The bungee and flyer are up to the challenge!! London (my little lady) loves it. This has been the best toy and gift I have ever bought her. She begs to play and it tickets her out. Great way to get exercise with your dog in a small space. London will chase it with bursts of speeds, jumps, and monouvers.
By now the flyer on a regular toy or rope tug toy would have been demolished. Not with h the squishy face products. Thanks squishy face!!
